Features

Built for the load you actually carry

Work, home, care, and ambition rarely take turns. Rhythm was made for the overlap.

01

Offload the swirl

Dump the mental tabs you keep open: school runs, client work, errands, the quiet things you keep postponing. Rhythm holds them so you do not have to.

02

Capture from real life

Photograph a paper schedule or flyer and Lena pulls it in. Connect your calendars so commitments you already made stay in the picture.

03

Plan once, live the week

Spend one focused session naming what must happen and what you hope for. Lena helps you weigh both, then builds a week you can actually follow.

04

Yours, not a template

Energy, people, places, and preferences shape the plan. The goal is not a fuller calendar. It is a life you get to feel present inside of.

05

Self-care on your timing

Rhythm also prioritizes care for you by keeping tabs on your natural cycle and astrological timing, so rest and ambition can land when your body and season support them.

How it works

A weekly ritual, not another dashboard chore

Set aside one planning conversation. The rest of the week stays lighter because the decisions already happened.

  1. 01

    Empty your head

Share the commitments, hopes, and loose ends sitting with you. Speak naturally. No forms, no perfect wording.

  2. 02

    Shape the week with Lena

She sorts urgency from desire, spots collisions, and proposes a rhythm. You stay in control of what sticks.

  3. 03

    Move through the days

Open a calm itinerary when you need it. When plans break, Lena adjusts instead of making you start over.

Our story

I needed help

Lauren Antoine, co-founder of Rhythm

Lauren Antoine

Co-founder, Monarch Labs

I am a working mother and co-founder of Monarch Labs. I built Rhythm because I needed help: one place to empty my mind and get something beautiful and usable back, an itinerary that lived, breathed, adapted, and optimized without me having to figure it all out first and still have to populate the schedule myself. I spent a year dreaming of this, then months fleshing out the logic for Lena and helping her think like the intuitive manager we all need.

That personal tool became the product. We are still a small two person firm in beta, listening closely and learning in public. If Rhythm helps you, sharing it with someone who needs the same relief is the kindest thing you can do for us.

Early voices

What people notice first

Snapshots from the kinds of weeks Rhythm is built for.

I finally stopped carrying the whole week in my head. Sunday planning with Lena, then I actually show up for my kids and my work.

Priya N.Product lead & mom of two

I photographed the school calendar once and it just… lived in my week. No more rewriting the same dates into three apps.

Noelle A.ER physician

I didn’t realize how much time I actually do have until now.

Brooklyn S.Operations manager

Between the shop and caregiving, my brain was always on. Rhythm is the first tool that let me actually be in my body during the day. Nervous system reset!

AnnaMarieSmall business owner

I sync my classes and still leave room for studio time. Lena treats both as real, not optional fluff.

Mei L.Graduate student

We run on chaos at the nonprofit. One weekly session and I stop reacting to every ping like it is an emergency.

FAQ

Common questions

What is Rhythm?
A lifestyle operating system for people whose days refuse to fit a standard planner. You pour everything out. Lena returns a clear, personal itinerary.
Who is it for?
Anyone balancing more than one role at once: parents, founders, caregivers, students, creatives, and everyone in between.
Who is Lena?
Your planning partner inside the app. She reads context from dumps, photos, and calendars, then helps you prioritize without drowning in advice.
How does the weekly session work?
Once a week you sit down and name obligations and wants. Lena builds around both. Between sessions you can dump anything that shows up and she will rebalance.
Can I bring in paper schedules and existing calendars?
Yes. Photograph a schedule for Lena to read, and sync calendars so outside commitments already have a seat at the table.
How much does it cost?
Free in beta. Founder pricing once we launch.
Do you sell my data?
No. We do not sell your data. We do not use your information or your Rhythm to train AI. What you share stays yours.
